The vast majority of food produced in the world today is coming from our free, private and unrestrained gardens and farms.
We must reclaim our governments and gardens. It begins by understanding the underlying truth of the fertility and abundance of the natural world and learning to protect and nurture that fertile abundance for all the living beings of the earth.
The next step in this great awakening of our naturally abundant planet is the restoration of healthy vibrant soils and atmosphere through the implementation of regenerative practices. We rebuild the soils, the eco-systems and the health of the whole system – and that brings us vibrant health as well.
I love this video from Dr. Shiva because it sparks the fire in us to remember the truth worth remembering: that life is precious and brilliant and trustworthy and no corporation or politician can do better than Nature.
In fact, being driven by all the wrong motives, the forces of control and greed are reliably dangerous to the health and well being of all of us.
We do not need saving. We need to remember who we are and where we are. Amazing, brilliant, intelligent beings on an astoundingly resilient and naturally regenerative planet.
By taking the steps to encourage the earth to heal, we repair the soils which in turn repair the climate and restore the natural balance and diversity which drives all of abundant healthy life.
This is the foundation of nature itself. All we need do is follow the blueprint nature has provided to restore vibrant health to our world and all of its inhabitants.
